Daruma Taiso
Japanese preparatory gymnastics and yoga system designed to improve flexibility, health and internal energy. Open to all levels. Saturday 10am - 12:30am
Kaisai
Practical training focused on combat techniques and application of Shoreikan katas. Open to all levels. Saturday 15h - 18h
Kobudo
Practice of traditional Okinawan weapons (such as the Bo or the Tonfa). Focused on technical handling and weapon kata. Open to all levels. Sunday 15h to 18h
